Everyone involved, from the hardworking crew, Chris the salesman, Rich the supervisor, Lara from the office, the guys dropping off the tool trailer and dumpsters, were top notch. Chris saved us a lot of money by suggesting we use peel and stick on our flat roof instead of tearing off the TPO and replacing it. He was very receptive to my concerns as the job was being done and apologized for a couple small issues that arose and remedied them right away. My shingle roof was difficult as its mansard and required removing/installing all of it from ladders and the 2nd floor flat roof. The crew worked their tails off from sunrise to sunset and took care removing nails, staples and debris. The afternoons were 96 degrees in the shade, not sure how they do it, I sure couldn't and I've done several years ago. The price was the best we were quoted by about a dozen companies and the overage cost was surprisingly minimal, as we had a lot of rot. We are very happy and it looks great. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the various aspects of the project and discussed what we needed and what we didn't need. He was straight forward and provided everything he said he would.
